WHAT FEES DO YOU CHARGE?
We charge 8.5% of the monthly rent - no additional fees. We do not charge if there is a gap in tenants and or markup for any services or repairs. The quotes we get for any services needed are the prices you pay. If you have multiple properties, we reduce the rate to 7% per property. we also charge a flat fee of $500 to place a tenant and do not place a tenant without a property credit check and background check.
WHAT IS YOUR TYPICAL PROCESS FOR WORKING WITH A NEW CLIENT?
The first step is scheduling a quick call to understand your unique needs and goals for your property. Then, we like to view your property in person to see the condition and if there are any quick fixes that need to be made to get the highest rent for that market.
HOW DID YOU GET STARTED DOING THIS TYPE OF WORK?
I saw a need in my previous neighborhood for local, reliable property managers. A few owners didn’t want to sell their properties but wanted to make sure they were kept in good shape and generating a return. From there, I have added clients through word of mouth referrals only.
WHAT EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING DO YOU HAVE THAT RELATES TO YOUR WORK?
I have a BS in Finance, background in construction and am a Maryland State Licensed Real Estate Agent.
